BetterCompany came to me in October 2017 looking for help defining and designing their new candidate sourcing platform, the BetterCompany Exchange. The Exchange matched candidates that had been rejected to jobs that were better suited to them at other companies.
I used a Venn diagram as an interface element as a way to express how well a candidate fit a given role vs. how much that candidate desired the role. The Venn diagram had so much traction with early testers that we also used it as the main graphic language for marketing material and adapted it for use as the company brand.
