Databook is a company that provides critical outside-in account intelligence to enterprise and strategic sellers. I designed a new, category-defining experience built on top of the original platform’s data infratructure. The new experience allowed revenue teams to generate narratives from, coordinate, and engage with customers using dynamically-updating account plans.

I led the new product from inception to launch, participating in customer engagements and sales activity as well as designing holistic customer experience campaigns to support the new product launch in partnership with the go-to-market team. I also participated in category creation analyst interactions as product leader alongside the CEO and the sales and marketing leaders to tell the product side of the story of Strategic Relationship Management.
