Databook provides critical outside-in account intelligence to enterprise and strategic sellers. I designed a new, category-defining experience built on top of the original platform’s data infratructure. The new experience allowed revenue teams to generate narratives from, coordinate, and engage with customers using automated, dynamically-updating account plans.

I led the new product from inception to launch, leading user research, participating in customer engagement and sales activity, and designing holistic customer experience campaigns to support the new product launch in partnership with the go-to-market team.
